e're excited announce Ipoh Hawker has been invited to host an exclusive intimate lunch with International Chef Martin Yan by Jackie M. Food Fame Events founder and team^. Ipoh Hawker has collaborated with Jackie M to create a lunch featuring Australian Seafood, as well as showcasing Durian in favourite Malaysian dishes.
Jackie is an acclaimed Malaysian & Singaporean street food specialist, former restaurateur, TV presenter. She is the co-author of The Durian Cookbook, which is an initiative by the Masters of Malaysian Cuisine (MOMC) to share our love of Malaysian durian through 70 recipes by some of the top Malaysian chefs in the world.
Join us for a 7-course lunch at $120 a ticket where Malaysian soul food takes centre stage. Prepare your senses for a trip to Southeast Asia curated by the legendary Martin Yan and Jackie M. Martin himself will be providing a rousing live demo of a special dish, that you will then get to enjoy for lunch. Plus, this is an initmate event, Martin will share his time with every table during the event.
